Our 3BR/3BA luxury home is nestled in the exclusive West Vail area directly adjacent to the White River National Forest which borders the property on one side. Our home features a gourmet kitchen that boasts high-end appliances, including a Sub-Zero fridge and a Viking gas range. Gather for meals at the dining table for six, or perch at the kitchen bar for four. The living area features a wood-burning fireplace, leather sectional, 65” TV, and entertainment system with surround sound that extends out to the patio. The cozy den includes a sectional with a TV.
The outside living area is equally extravagant offering abundant space for entertaining, complete with a grill, outdoor dining area, seasonal fire pit, and a private hot tub. When you step outside you enjoy one of the nicest patios in all of Vail! Take a rejuvenating dip in the built-in hot tub under a charming pergola. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy dinner outside amid the soothing sounds of the waterfall feature. You’ll find lounge seating and dining for six. Gather around the fire pit (available during the summer) and watch the stars come out.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and ample firewood are provided. There is enough parking for two vehicles in the driveway and one in the garage.
Although this home is not equipped with AC, it is rarely needed with Vail’s mild summer temperatures. Ceiling fans throughout the home ensure a pleasant breeze. An en-suite bath hosts a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Also on the top floor, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, as well as a sleeping nook with two twin beds. This space has a 32” TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and heated floors. A queen bed and a full-size daybed await downstairs in the third suite. Enjoy direct access to the patio. The en-suite bath has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
The home is pet friendly. We allow a maximum of 2 pets and the pet fee is $40/day.
We are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices in light of Covid-19, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arriva
