This condo sits on the third floor of Fallridge, a complex that's enviably situated on the first tee of Vail Golf Club's PGA Championship course. You'll be just over a mile from ski lifts, great restaurants, and all sorts of shops in the heart of Vail Village, which is easily reached via the free Town of Vail shuttle. The free shuttle service will bring you directly to the Golden Peak Ski Lift. After a day of adventure, enjoy access to a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot tub, a game room with foosball and Ping-Pong, and a conference room on the grounds.
Leave your car in the secure underground parking and head inside to make yourself at home. You'll be greeted by a bank of windows framing evergreen treetops and snow-capped mountains. Every detail has been considered - the elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the large dining room table, and the living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a TV for cozy movie nights.
Spend golden hour grilling on the terrace and sipping cocoa, coffee, or cocktails in the crisp alpine air. When it's time to turn in, choose between three bedrooms, all with TVs and direct access to the outdoors. Three full bathrooms and a stacked washer/dryer are provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
