This perfectly located 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a lovely Vail retreat for families or groups of up to four people. The living area has comfortable furniture, wood burning fireplace and a large flat-screen TV that’s perfect for relaxing and watching your favorite flick after a long day exploring. The attached deck has great mountain views as well and overlooks the Village shopping plaza.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up a mountain meal to keep the troops fed before you hit the slopes or the trails, with a dining table with room for four. The condo also boasts a master suite complete with comfortable queen bed and private attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom is situated with two double beds and flat screen TV. Both rooms offer cozy mattresses and hotel quality linens.

Great property management but poor cleanliness
The property management team was excellent in light of the situation we experienced. I’d definitely give them another opportunity to host us. Unfortunately this rental was not clean when we arrived. There was dirt caked into the walls, mold in the showers, stains on the beds, and other sticky substances. It definitely seems that not much attention was spent on cleaning. And while the unit is dated, I knew this going in, what we experienced was unacceptable filth. We ended up not staying at the property and moving to a hotel. I hope the management gives this unit a good cleaning because the location is incredible!

Not what you see online
I found this property and thought the pics looked great. When we got there we were definitely shocked. The carpet is old. The bathrooms have rust and stains. There are 2 chairs in the living area that have zero cushion on the arm rest for some reason. Also, it should be clearly noted that the HOT TUB IS NOT ATTACHED to this condo and is on a different floor completely. The place just felt so dated and gross. I don't usually write negative reviews but I would want to know if I was looking at staying here... The positives are: the location is great and easy to get to everything. The check in process was very simple and the Skyrun staff was on top of everything. This place good be easily fixed up if they would just put a little money in to it...

Great Location not so great other things
I never leave reviews but in this case I feel I must. Location is awesome. No disputing the convenience of walking to the lift. Management Company is the best I have ever dealt with so thank you for everything. Now for the bad news. Unit is tired, mattresses suck, bedding sucks, front door has tile so be very careful if you walk in with wet boots, you could really slip and take a hard fall.

The location of the condo was awesome! We loved how close it was to the lifts, restaurants& shops! As you have read in the reviews the livingroom furniture is very dated! Its old and uncomfortable. The floorimg near tge door is really slippery and my husbsnd & I almpat botg had a bad fall. The girst bedroom waa decebt size eith a small full bathroom. The tib drain foesbt empty that well or fast. The toilet doesn’t fill tgst fast and runs kn both bathrooms. The 2nd bedroom only jas a closet to hang but mo dresser so our stuff remsined on our suitcsse or floor. The mattress waa uncomfortable. The kitchen didnt have much to offer. Very little if everything such as utensils and cooking items. Cabinets were old! It seemed likw yye unit was not touched dince they bought. It was not worth the amount we paid fkr the week.

Needs work on heating toilets and a renovation
One of 2 toilets was not working for about 1/2 of the 2-week stay and the property manager only discounted the bill about 3%. It took about 48hrs for the 2nd bedroom to get warm. The first night it was very cold. The property manager said she confirmed that this is just how the heater works because it is an “old building.” That’s not true at all. We own another unit in the building and the heat works well. The problem is that some of the parts need to be replaced in this unit. Overall, this unit is need of new furniture and a major renovation. But the location is fantastic.

This is an adequate and comfortable property with an excellent location. Parking and logistics are really convenient. The property's decor is outdated and tired, but I guess this is to be expected since the price is on the lower end of Vail properties. My family of four was comfortable and appreciated the location and proximity to the gondola and Lionshead bus stop.

Great location! Nice Mountain View!
Enjoyed our stay! 1-2 mins walk to Gondola, nice Mountain View from balcony, hot tub on top floor was nice after day of skiing. Vail market across the street and everything in Lionshead within walking distance. Unit was Well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Great value for the price (and staying in Vail in a ski in/ski out)

What a great condo! Love staying in Vail in the summer! Says no air conditioning, no worries! The condo stayed cool all day long! Great location right in the heart of Lions head, and easily accessible to the Vail bus to get to Vail Village Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was almost exactly what we expected based on the reviews. The location was excellent - easy parking access and very close to the Lionshead gondola. The Hot tub was excellent. It was easy to get to and hot even while it was snowing the first night we were there. the only drawbacks were that the kitchen chairs were wobbly and very worn and the couch/chairs were not very comfortable, but we expected that based on previous reviews. Overall, we were there to Ski, so for the price this rental was excellent. Would absolutely stay there again!!

Think college apartment from 1990
Great location but the unit is very dated. Old furniture. Small TVs. It’s like going back to 1990 and walking into a condo filled with old, uncomfortable furniture. No washer/dryer. No hot tub. Linens and pillows were good. Sleep there and leave.

Not as Expected
This property is in poor conditions. Very worn down (Pictures can be misleading). Furniture is wobbly, broken, and dirty. Bed sheets, towels, carpet and walls are stained. Kitchen is extremely outdated. I am a regular winter vacation renter at Lionshead and this has been the worst experience so far. The property has potential due to the convenient location, however, owner/manager does not share this vision, they made it clear to me during my complaints which were disrespectfully discarded.

This location is amazing! The beds, pillows, drainage of plumbing, hair dryer, clothes irons and quality of towels...not so much. As a fellow rental owner and manager the management here doesn't offer good quality products and furnishings for the profits made. Thank gosh the location is well worth it.

You can’t beat this location. Steps from the free bus system, Garfinkel’s, and the Eagle Bohn gondola. The place was clean and tidy, and the check-in/check out process was extremely easy.

You can't ask for a better location in Vail. The furniture in the unit is old and wobbly and needs to be replaced. Beware, the building locks access to the hot tub around 9:40 pm.

Great condo
We can’t say enough about this cute little condo in the heart of Vail. We had a great view of the ski runs and it was within walking distance of the gondola and shopping. The only down side was there was no air conditioning. But they did provide fans and we just opened some windows and it was fine. The carpet was a little stained, but other than that, it was a great stay!
