Ideal for lovers of peace and countryside, the main house consists of a large main room (86 m2) with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, living room and lounge opening onto a large terrace without vis-à-vis, 2 bedrooms with double bed 160, one of which has a shower and water point. A large bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

You will also enjoy a perfect tranquility of a small independent house of 50 m2, composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed 160, a spacious bathroom with toilet and a large terrace. Ideal for grandparents or a couple looking for privacy.

This set for 6 people also offers sleeping accommodation for 2 children.

Private swimming pool 8 m X 3.50 m, heated, depth 1 m to 1.80 m with deckchairs to enjoy the sun. Garden furniture, Gas barbecue. Fully enclosed grounds. Well-behaved animals tolerated.

Fast ideal

Schönes Haus mit zusätzlichem Nebengebäude, in dem weiteres Paar Platz gehabt hätte. Waren 2 Paare jeweils mit Hund, für die das Gelände super war, weil sie viel Freilauf hatten. Vollständig eingezäunt, so dass Herrchen und Frauchen den Aufenthalt entspannt genießen konnten. Warum fast ideal: weil etwas abgelegen, kein Geschäft im Ort, man musste also alles mit dem Auto einkaufen gehen. Außerdem war der Pool nicht in Ordnung. Bei der Anreise war er voll Algen, was nach 3 Tagen erst behoben wurde und auch danach war der Abfluss nicht in Ordnung. Da muss der Vermieter dringend mal was machen lassen. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen Urlaub, was natürlich auch mit der tollen Gegend um den Pont D'Arc herum zusammenhängt. Für die Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem Pool haben wir übrigens eine faire Rückerstattung erhalten. Also alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert und wie ich finde auch preiswert im wahrsten des Wortes.

Traumhaft

Das Haus ist traumhaft und liegt ruhig. Für Menschen die ihre Ruhe und Privatsphäre haben möchten, ist es perfekt! Da wir mit Hund und Kleinkind verreist sind, war das eingezäunte Grundstück für uns perfekt! Das Haus ist wirklich tipptopp ausgestattet, alles ist hygienisch und liebevoll eingerichtet! Es hat wirklich unsere Vorstellung und die Beschreibung im Internet übertroffen! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und konnten uns wirklich gut erholen. Alle beliebten Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto nicht länger als 30 Minuten entfernt (wir sind sehr gemütlich gefahren)! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
