"Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Modern hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. I was on driving trip and hotel parking was easily accessible and ample. Quick and inexpensive taxi ride to Siena center so I did not have to drive there and search for parking. Taxi ride back to hotel was also quick and easy. Breakfast had good selection of food and was tasty. "

"We only stayed for one night and the main reason I've booked it was to be close to the railway station. Ones you used a number of escalators to reach the station exit the hotel iz just a couple of min away. The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the ladies working in the breakfast room were amazing. Breakfast was good. Lots of cakes and sweets, however they could serve few more savoury things like veggie sausages and hushbrawns. The room was small but bed was comfortable. There was a kettle to make tea/coffee but only small paper cups not very good for hot drinks so my suggestion would be to provide proper cups and saucers. The city centre was about 20 min walk, however the bus stop was just outside the hotel. Busses 130, 131,131R will take you to there. All in all lovely hotel and we would definitely stay there again."
