"Overall, the property was very nice and good value. Just a couple of maintenance related issues such as the balcony door was misaligned and was not easy to lock. The bathroom door was squeaky and the bright air conditioning light would not turn off with the remote. I also strongly recommend the management to consider putting some contrast strips on stairs. Just make it easier for people with low vision to navigate. Overall, the property is very nice comfortable, staff is very nice and friendly. Location is great. Food at this property is very good. Everything we tried on the menu was awesome. We tried mostly local Kerala cuisine at this restaurant."

"All the staff were amazing and we loved the cultural experience they provided with the cooking classes and the classical dance. The food was delicious and there was such a variety.
