"The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. When we got into our room it was comfortable but finding long hairs hanging over the kitchen bench from the mezzanine floor above, 3 open sachets of coffee and sugar open in the bowl of sachets provided...

"We were 2 families with kids under 11. Fantastic set up with plenty of space. Vandans is the perfect location for a summer holiday - access to the mountains by cable car. A GORGEOUS pool nearby to play and cool off. Couldn't have been better! "

"Das Haus, die Lage war super, Mitarbeiter super, Betreuung während des Aufenthalts perfekt. Kleinigkeiten sind anzumerken: Küche war spärlich eingerichtet (z.B. keine große Tassen), beide Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss sind lieblos, ungemütlich. Einige Schönheitsmakel, aber das ist sicherlich der Menge der Belegung geschuldet. "

"Die Häuser liegen wunderbar, sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Team macht einen tollen Job, Wünsche werden schnell erfüllt. Essen und Brötchen können online bestellt werden und werden dann direkt zum Haus geliefert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!"
