"Claudia was a wonderful host and she was helpful and her English is very good. When ever we had a question she was available but otherwise we didn’t she her. the place has 3 separate apartments each with cooking facilities, and a small outdoor door kitchen, where we prepared all our meals. A bigger indoor kitchen area would have been nice. The road into the house is approx 800 m of dirt road. If you are looking for a remote place with beautiful surroundings this is highly recommended "

"This property was incredible. The 7 large windows allowed for a cool evening breeze and anywhere in the apartment gives a beautiful sea view. Just down the street at Pisa Marina is a wonderful walkeay on the sea with shops. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and groceriea. Roberto was very kind and efficient and helpful."

"Our stay was off season so staff was light. What staff was there did excellent job and incredibly friendly and helpful. Property was very clean except light over stove. It’s close to the beach so floors get dusty quick. It was perfect for our pets. Beds are only OK. The pillows wonderful. Had to have maintenance up 3 times to fix flusher on toilet, fixed by 2nd day for rest of stay. Small water heater means rinse, turn off water, shampoo/soap, turn on water to rinse. I’m sure ok for summer...

Wir hatten kein Auto gemietet aber trotzdem alles gesehen ,was wir uns vorgenommen haben. Livorno , Pisa , Lucca, Florenz. Das alles mit Bus und Zug bereist . "Wir wurden im Vorfeld bereits von Paola sehr gut betreut. Bei der Ankunft sind wir herzlich vom Besitzerpaar empfangen worden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Garten war voll eingezäunt, dass uns und unseren Hund freute. Alles hat funktioniert und es war sehr gemütlich. Für uns in einer sehr guten Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick aus Meer. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen."

"Very nice hotel, close to the beach, a 5-10 min walk through a pine grove. Breakfast (11 euro) - was good. The room itself was spacious, good air conditioners, fridge, stove, sink, balcony and rack for drying swimming suites. Beach towels are not included/provided. Bathroom shower did not drain very well. There was a chemical smell in the room. Overall the stay was good."
