"Très bon séjour : l'appartement est très bien placé pour peu que vous connaissiez la Grande Motte. En cet hiver, il faut tout de même un peu de temps pour chauffer l'appartement (historiquement, ils ont été conçus pour des résidents estivaux) mais rien de rédhibitoire. Les échanges ont été très bons tant avec M Rossi (service de conciergerie) qu'avec les propriétaires."

"Arrivé sur place, pas de contact avec le propriétaire, mauvais numéro sur le site, mauvais prénom…contact très difficile par tel avec Abritel, coupures sur coupures… réservation annulée alors que nous étions à 1000 km de chez nous. finalement Abritel nous envoie un mail avec un defraiement de 290 euros pour aller à l’hôtel… alors que nous avion réservé un appart??? Aucune aide d’abritel pour trouver un logement de remplacement… remboursement rapide et adios…Pour nous, Abritel c’est fini…"

"The flat was clean and had a lovely view of the Mediterranean. It had fast wifi and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything worked well. There were minor communication issues that didn't translate into the VRBO listing--need to pay extra for sheets/towels and expectation of a damage deposit. But the owners were gracious and accommodating and we worked through these quickly. Overall, a great place to stage a beach visit."
