"Really handy for Sants train station. Clean and decent. Having to bring your own rubbish down at checkout was a bit odd, and even odder, putting it in the public bin outside. I generally assume garbage disposal to be included in the price. However, nice enough place and I'd.stay here again."

"Whilst this was a great apartment, close to everything including the metro and buses, it could have been more comfortable. The bed and sofa had seen better days, and the table and chairs were purely functional. The apartment front door would not lock from the inside, and the TV would not connect to the internet. For the money, I would expect a little more."

"Every time I needed assistance, I had it via front check in area or through WhatsApp. The area is great. Police station is down the street and there’s small convenience stores and grocery options everywhere. All the restaurants are very close by. Malls at both ends of las Ramblas. "Sonder Casa Luz Barcelona was a fantastic stay! The stylish decor, clean rooms, and great location near Plaça de la Universitat made for a wonderful experience. The reception staff was welcoming and made check-in a breeze, and we really appreciated being able to store our luggage after checking out while we were out exploring the city for the day. "We loved Hotel Condes de Barcelona. The staff were all so friendly especially Julieta and Jackson. They were very helpful and always made us feel welcomed. The entire hotel smelled so luxurious and was super clean. The location is the best in Barcelona as it is central to all the tourist sites and within a block from all the luxury shopping. The only negative I would comment would be the ac system as it it was not true to the temperature we set it too. We had to sleep with the balcony door open just to get cold air in our room. Luckily the weather was cool enough to not make it an issue. Overall, we highly rate this hotel 100/100. You won't regret staying. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and family, and we will definitely stay here again. "

"I was extremely disappointed as I did not receive an upgrade. The room I reserved had no possible upgrade and sadly nothing in lieu was provided. Front desk amazing. Buffet breakfast each morning was delicious and the staff wonderful. However a few issues. Our WiFi kept cutting out and would kick me into my data. Because of this I ran out of data for my last day which was extremely frustrating as it added another cost I was not expecting. Our room was nice but difficult for a family of 4 as the washroom was all open and we could only go 1 at a time. But the biggest issue we had was our room. When we arrived I was given false information about the bedding. Everything is goose down filled and Im allergic. The 1st night we got in late and nothing could be done so needless to say I didn’t sleep. The next day it was corrected however the bed had no sheets or pillowcases. Luckily it was mid day that we popped into the hotel or I would hve had yet another night of no sleep. "
