"Could not locate property on google maps, address provided waa incorrect. It took us 2.5 hours to finally contact the property manager and that tooo with the help of another hotel , yhere was no email or text with the needed access code or instructions. The room is next to a couple of discos blasting music till 4am "

"This is a brand new property, the hotel is beautiful, the only thing is it borders the area of Casco Viejo that is not redone yet. I recommend having an Uber pick you up for safety. I would not walk out of the hotel. I felt very safe in Casco Viejo. The staff were very nice. I would stay here again. "

"This was a great location near the plaza, which made it easily accessible to food and shopping. We walked in the apartment and literally fell in love. The decor was nice the, mattresses were comfortable, and it was extremely clean. The balcony views were aesthetically pleasing as well. We had everything we needed there. The host made sure to reach out and let us know they we could contact them about any concerns and needs we might have. It was a perfect location, and a perfect stay."

"Very pleasantly surprised. Had a great stay in our. 2br 2ba apartment. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotless. The maid must have been OCD, all the utensils and pits were lined up with military precision. Great location in Casco Viejo. There was even an elevator which is not always so in the area. Would highly recommend. Looked like the building had been renovated to be live in apartments. Met the owner on the way out. Nice lady. They have people that attend to the...

"Convenient to old town. Several blocks out on the periphery. Nice property, walk up no elevator, lovely pool and roof deck. "

"Incredibly loud children’s party in courtyard. So loud that it was difficult to communicate with the person next to me. Rooms face courtyard. The young man who checked me in was rude and unhelpful. He was totally lacking in social grace. I left and found a great alternative. "

"Comfortable bed and living room area. Kitchen could use more utensils etc but it worked. Bonus to have a washer and dryer. We had some problems with the on-demand hot water but were able to overcome that. (The manager is aware.) Good internet! Rooftop pool with a nice view. Convenient location. Easy walking distance to a large grocery store and several restaurants. Uber rides easy to find. We would stay there again. Overall a good stay. "
