The room was very hot with no option for cooling and the windows did not open. The location was not convenient to the pedestrian zone in the town for restaurants and shopping

We took this hotel because it was the only one available in the city due to an event. It had no air-conditioning because it is a green hotel and we understand that, but there was simply no fresh air whatsoever, which is beyond ridiculous. It was incredibly hot at night and we were unable to sleep and enjoy our next day in Finland because of that. The food was simply. Was not very appetizing.

Compact and clean place with self service late xhe
As known before and after the booking there's no staff after late hours, but the checkin was ok even at midnight because at the front door there was checkin terminal which gave you keycards for the room. Hotel and rooms were clean but a bit compact. There was barely any space to keep your luggage in the room. But for one night it's OK. Parking at hotel yard was expensive (14,-€) so decided to drive one block away were it was for free. Nice surprice was fresh free coffee at the restaurant even we didnt order breakfast.

Huone oli siisti, mutta sohvassa ja päiväpeitteessä tahroja, mikä tuntui hieman epämiellyttävältä. Hyvä sänky(mutta kapea) ja vuodevatteet. Kylpyhuone siisti ja aamiainen oli hyvä.

Huoneen vaihto.
Sain vaihdettua huoneen kadun puolelta pihan puolelle. Edellisellä yöpymisellä kesällä oli ikkunoiden läpi kuulunut melko voimakasta liikenteen meteliä, jonka vuoksi halusin pihan puolen huoneen. Kiitos vaihdosta!
