"The good: the views from the room are breath taking. The bad: the room clearly needs maintenance. The furniture is ripped, the bathroom window is held together with tape, the shower is leaking and had black mould. The sheets had stains on them and the baby crib provided had an old crusty towel shoved under. There was a dead spider By the stairs when we got there and it was still there when we left 2 days later. They did not provide breakfast even though it was included in the booking. "

"The hotel owner betrays the contracts. When I arrived he told me that the hotel was full and when I showed him the reservation he said your reservation is correct but there is no place for you to go and look for another hotel. I contacted the Hotels.com app and they called the hotel but no response. The road to the place was very bumpy and took me 3 hours"

"I stayed at four hotels during my trip, and this one ruined my experience. Despite paying through Expedia, the hotel receptionist charged me again on-site, and I never got my money back. The food options were very limited, which was especially inconvenient given the remote mountain location. Additionally, everything had to be paid for in cash and the bathroom smelled absolutely terrible."

"The hotel is clean and comfortable. The owner and wife were very hospitable. The biggest problem is the location. The owner did communicate that access to the property required a drive up a dirt road and that most people only stay for a few nights. İf you're looking to unplug and have a car, this may be worth considering. But driving down to the lake is a 30 min trip one way and cannot be done safety after dark. "

"Clean, comfortable bed. Thats it. Was made to feel very unwelcome. No lights for first two flights of stairs then censers on the rest that turned off immediately leaving you in the dark fumbling with keys and luggage. Paper thin walls, could hear the next room flush and showering. Had one missing curtain (told the proprietor but was told no problem no one could see when I told him yes problem, just got a lot of shouting in turkish and nothing done) and a useless blind.
