"We had a wonderful week here at Ian and Lesley's place. It is very secluded and peaceful, yet close to lots of interesting towns, villages and sites. The pool is excellent and the whole place with its lovely garden is a really relaxing environment. Ian and Lesley were always on hand for any tips/help, but also very respectful of their guests' space. All in all, this is the perfect location for exploring the beautiful Lot region. We would love to come back!"

"Gite propre, mais odeur de renfermé qui persiste dès que les portes et fenêtres sont fermées. Bon confort literie sauf le lit gigogne dont le bruit des lattes est insupportable pour le lit du bas. On a du dû déménager ma fille dans le clic clac du salon. Cuisine équipée sauf couteaux pour cuisiner, eau très calcaire donc dépôts dans la bouillir et traves de blanc sur la vaisselle qui sort du lave vaisselle. Conseil : faites votre vaisselle à la main. "

"Lovely warm welcome from owner on arrival. Beautiful pool, garden and bbq area. Plenty of space and we’ll looked after. The Gite was perfect for a few nights stay. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms comfortable. Would recommend."

"Around 2006, the owners, Jacqueline and Daniel, decided to turn an old stone house near their own place into a Gite. The work was done with a lot of care. The main area has a master bedroom and bath. For families with children, the attic space has an additional 3 beds and a half-bath. Off the kitchen-dining area is a large enclosed garden with table and chairs for outdoor eating. The kitchen is fully equipped and for our visit had some useful staples, like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc. It...

"Ambiance familiale dans ce petit village de vacances situé à l'écart du village de Salviac où se trouve un petit supermarché, et à une petite 1/2 heure de la vallée très touristique de la Dordogne ( principaux châteaux, balades en canoë, etc ). "A lovely little cottage in such a peaceful location - perfect for time to get away from everything . The swimming pool was a real bonus and Ann Elise was the perfect host . We were able to enjoy time to ourselves as well as being able to explore the area . The cottage had everything we needed , and more , very comfortable and a real home from home . "Our room was not secure on our arrival. The key was in the door. The room did not appear to be fully prepared. There was no cover for the bedding or no towels, etc. Space was not great especially by the inside the bed where it was very narrow where I had to shuffle sideways to get in and out of the bed. The cooker combination only partly worked. The oven would not worked. The clothes line was falling apart and the barbecue equipment was one barbecue fork, later joined by tongs. "
