"Hotel mocno średni. Pokoje tragedia połamana deska WC, ułamany zaczep od drzwi prysznica, spalona żarówka w szafie, niedziałające wifi, szlafroki tragedia. Prośba o większe szlafroki nie została zrealizowana mimo że powiedziano w recepcji że będą dostarczone. Upominanie się o papier toaletowy bo nikt nie donosi rano i dwa razy o obsługę kręgielni. "Wonderful! Their spa/water facility , esp hot tub to rest my tired body & was such a blessing that evening after walking for 5 hrs at the Malbork Castle on the same day. The room was big, airy beautiful with the view of front entrance. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes & slippers. The towels were big fluffy. "Hotel is on outskirts of town and is mainly a resort with cabins and basketball courts and a small sandy beach on lakeside. Area is beautiful but for a "business" traveler this hotel doesn't offer. WiFi poor. Room small and there was two single beds in my room which were fold up beds that were so low to ground its difficult to get up from. "The food is not very good (there is a nice restaurant a few minutes round the lake), and the online ordering could be easier to use. Not very friendly service, and limited pool access (1 hour if you stay two nights). Nice location though."
