Excellent stay in Uvita
"I loved the house. It had everything we needed. Lots of towels, bedding and supplies. The outdoor washer and dryer were so appreciated. We enjoyed the plunge pool and the outdoor space. I walked the Whales’s Tail every morning. Great location. Groceries and restaurants close by. Excellent!"

The ballena area is dispersed semi-rural with lots of areas to walk. A half km or so from the hotel is a strip of restaurants and souvenir on the road leading to the entrance to the National Park. The town center is 1.5 km distant.

No food delivery you have to go out or order take out at the place, some let you order ahead but you still pick it up. The national park has 4 entrances, ask your tour guides which one to go to because waze will take you to chaman/colonia

I honestly did not do enough research about Uvita before arriving. It is a safe and relaxing little town where you can find all your needs. I found gift shops a little overpriced. There are some nice restaurants and bars around.
