Perfekt für Familien
Die Ferienwohnung ist toll ausgestattet und perfekt für Familien mit zwei Kindern. Der Garten mit Grill macht allen Spaß. Die Nähe zum Strandbad Utting ist perfekt für Badeurlaube. Vielen Dank, Lothar, Du bist ein toller Gastgeber.

Charmante Ferienwohnung im geschichtsträchtigen Haus

Da kommen wir gerne wieder
Die Wohnung können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ganz neu, sehr geschmackvoll, modern und schlicht eingerichtet und -gut im Sommer- schön schattig. Dazu gehört draußen ein Sitzplatz im Schatten und ein weiterer im Gartenteil in der Sonne unter hohen Bäumen. Die Entfernung zum Ammersee ist zu Fuß in 6 Minuten überwunden, das Strandbad ist ein Muss und es gibt ganz ordentliche Gastronomie in ebenfalls fußläufiger Nähe. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr ansprechbar, haben sich gekümmert, wenn wir es brauchten ohne sich sonst aufzudrängen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können uns gut vorstellen, wieder einmal zurück zu kommen Christoph und Henriette

Schöner Aufenthalt
Geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wegen einer grassierenden Mückenplage konnten wir uns auf der Terrasse vor dem FeWo leider nicht aufhalten. Unser Gastgeber hatte auf unsere Nachfrage dann nachträglich Fliegengaze in die Fenster geklebt. Wegen der Lage im niedrigen Erdgeschoss, naher sehr hoher Bäume und einer hohen Hecke zur Straße ist die an sich schöne Fewo leider recht verschattet. Ansonsten überwiegt der Vorteil, bereits nach kurzem Spaziergang am See und Strandbad zu sein.

Traumhaft schön
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll, gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der schön angelegte Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, und alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Lieber Lothar, dank Deiner herzlichen Gastfreundschaft war unser Aufenthalt unvergesslich! Trotz unserer Ankunft morgens um 3:30 Uhr wurden wir mit einem strahlenden Lächeln empfangen. Du hast uns nicht nur geholfen, unser Gepäck hereinzutragen, sondern uns auch mit köstlichen Getränken überrascht. Die Wohnung war ein Traum … alles war so neu, makellos sauber und die Matratzen himmlisch bequem. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Der Ammersee war fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar und in der Nähe gab es zahlreiche leckere Restaurants, die alle zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Vielen Dank für alles, lieber Lothar. Wir empfehlen Deine Unterkunft wärmstens weiter und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Liebe Grüße …!

Traumhaft und Wunderschön
Wir hatten eine entspannte Woche. Der Ammersee und die Umgebung bieten eine Menge Freizeitaktivitäten. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist phantastisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Leider war die Zeit viel zu kurz um den schönen Garten, den Grill und das SUP zu nutzen. Wir kommen wieder!
