"Great place in the small downtown of N Utica. Couldn't get a room at Starved Rock so we pivoted to here and were so glad. Much better than the rooms at SRSP. We ate at the Skoog's Pub right next door (it was New Years Eve and I was worried about noise - not an issue at all) and had coffee and a breakfast sandwich at a cute coffee shop across the street. "This is a large, clean place with good water pressure, air conditioning, and laundry facilities. The bathroom light is dim and the best mirror for shaving etc is in one of the bedrooms. The bed I used was ok. I had a little trouble with the single-cup Keurig machine. There is no rack for washing dishes and no knife appropriate for cutting up fruit. "The location was perfect, the house was clean with quiet location. Difficulty with keypad on door- probably set at single use versus multiple check ins. Oven was broke, but countertop oven was available. Unusual set up with huge bathroom and with bed in the great room area next to front door. "
