"Booking - 2 night, 3 days, we were only for taking a shower, slipping and the rest all day hiking. The staff - only at the reception one man is speaking Czech, others - no Czech, no English, nothing. Breakfast - very poor, no cutlers, no tea cups, a disaster. On the 2nd day, in the evening when we tried to take a shower there was no hot water, by mistake staff turned off the hot water for our room :D .... so we had to wait :D ... The only benefit of the Pension is the beautiful nature of...

"Der Vermieter hatte meine Buchung übersehen, ist aber weder durch mich noch durch FeWo direkt erreichbar gewesen, er hat weder auf die Mails reagiert noch ist er ans Telefon gegangen. FeWo direkt hat mich bis zum letzten Tag hingehalten und war nicht bereit, die Buchung zu stornieren, obwohl ich keinerlei Kontakt zu dem Vermieter herstellen konnte und keinerlei Auskünfte von ihm für meine Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe erhalten habe. FeWo direkt wollte mir erst mit einem Ersatz-Hotel helfen,...

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit im Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist herausragend, Umgebung sehr schön. Für die jüngeren Gäste gab's Sport- und Spielmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke am Skihang, die älteren Semester konnten wandern und baden. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, alles hat gut geklappt. Ein wenig eng wurde es beim Kochen und bei der Kühlung der Getränke: wenn's schnell gehen muss und umfangreich ist, wird es etwas eng mit den technischen Möglichkeiten....

"The location is right in the city centre, which is good as you can easily get anywhere, on the other hand it is a bit noisy in the night (but one can expect that in the city centre). The staff was very helpful and easygoing. The breakfast was very good (buffet). One can see the hotel is a bit aged, but it is still in a good condition. Rooms are clean, but the shower place in the bathroom is relatively small. Overall, the hotel is a good choice."
