The location was fabulous. The property is adjacent to the Beagle Channel. You can walk out and see the birds and shoreline. It is extremely quiet. Management offers a shuttle service to downtown area so if you do not have a rental car you can still get there without relying on a taxi. Even if you use the taxi or uber, the fares are extremely cheap. The breakfast spread was great servicing both European and American foods --Cereal, Toast, Pastries, Deli meats, scrambled egg and bacon by request. The rooms were clean and well maintained. At night you can open your window and hear the sounds of nature. I had a wonderful time. The internet/wifi is also acceptable for this region.

Loved my stay at Tolkeyen Ushuaia Hotel! The views were unreal, right on the Beagle Channel with mountains all around. Super comfy rooms, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was awesome too. If youā€™re heading to Ushuaia, this place is a must!

El hotel estĆ” muy limpio, y el servicio es bueno. CenĆ© en el restaurante y pedĆ­ una milanesa de pollo y estĆ” estaba cruda. La regresĆ© y no me la cobraron. Tienen trasporte gratuito al centro que son como 20 min, sin embargo cerca no hay nada de tiendas o restaurantes. Y solo tienen 3 horarios en el dĆ­a de transfer tanto de ida como de regreso y eso limita la movilidad y te ves obligado a usar taxi. Los taxis te cobran como te venā€¦ y importante si bien en la zona hace mucho frĆ­o. Pero en las habitaciones la calefacciĆ³n estĆ” muy alto. QuizĆ” cuando llegas estĆ” bn despuĆ©s de venir del frĆ­o. Pero despuĆ©s de un rato es sofocante el calor.

Frustrante ! Minha avaliaĆ§Ć£o se funda em quatro critĆ©rios : localizaĆ§Ć£o , apesar de ser um pouco distante do centro , a vista Ć© excepcional. Vale a pena . Nada que o Uber nĆ£o resolva . AlĆ©m disso , o hotel disponibiliza transfer , apesar de sĆŖ-lo em poucos horĆ”rios . Nesse quesito , vale 9; estrutura, no penĆŗltimo dia , houve corte de energia generalizado na cidade . O hotel nĆ£o possui gerador de energia autĆ“nomo. Ficamos sem luz por mais de doze horas ininterruptas. Sem condiƧƵes de carregar celular , ficamos no escuro literalmente . O hotel foi incapaz de oferecer lanterna ou luz de emergĆŖncia. Absurdo . Questionado, o atendente na recepĆ§Ć£o se limitou a disponibilizar livro de reclamaĆ§Ć£o. E olha que a queda de luz Ć© recorrente na cidade . O chuveiro Ć© muito precĆ”rio e insatisfatĆ³rio. Deveriam rever ! A limpeza do hotel Ć© regular , satisfatĆ³ria. No quesito da estrutura o hotel merece 5. Gastronomia , cafĆ© da manhĆ£ nĆ£o atendeu as expectativas . No dia em que chegamos , almoƧamos no hotel . Foi terrĆ­vel . Nesse quesito , o hotel merece 3 . Por Ćŗltimo , vem o Atendimento , que deixou muito a desejar . Os atendentes nĆ£o sĆ£o solĆ­citos e prestativos . Espera mais , muito mais . Tinha direito a later checkout, mas fizeram um jogo duro atĆ© o final . O mesmo se deu no check in . Quase se negaram a liberar o quarto com 30 min de antecedĆŖncia , quando fazia jus an early check in pelo status do hotĆ©is.com . Enfim , nĆ£o se esforƧaram a atender e ajudar o hĆ³spede , merecendo 5.
