"Mabel is a star. As she was showing me to my room, she grabbed my very heavy suitcase and carried it upstairs to my room. When I was leaving, and trying not to hit the walls with it (with my backpack and purse), she ran up and grabbed it again. She was so incredibly gracious and made me feel I had a friend in her. She held my luggage for the day since I had a late flight and called me a taxi to the airport. The room - well, the three rooms - gave great space. Not fancy, but so cozy and homey....
