"Giannis house was overall a fantastic stay and a great way to witness Sardinia if you’re not in to hotels. The house was very clean and easily accommodated 10 people ! The checking was a bit troubling as Maurizio doesn’t speak English, but we managed anyway. Be aware of rude barking dogs and steep hills. Else then that choose giannis for an unforgettable holiday!"

"Wir waren inzwischen das vierte Mal in dem schönen, in der Altstadt sehr zentral gelegenen Haus. Die sehr geschmackvoll restaurierte Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin ist herzlich!"

"Das Haus ist in der Bergwelt Sardiniens sehr ruhig inmitten von Berg- und Landwirtschaft gelegen. Es ist eine fantastische Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon aus. Natur pur. Es hat Trinkwasser ab Hahn im Haus. Zudem sehr heisses Wasser ab Hahn, was sehr angenehm ist. Abstriche gibt es leider bei der Sauberkeit. Die Wohnung selber haben wir ordentlich vorgefunden, jedoch musste das Küchengeschirr vor dem Gebrauch zuerst gereinigt werden und die Klobürste war vermutlich noch von letzter Saison....

"We were so sad to leave this lovely house in Baunei. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was charming, comfy, and the AC worked beautifully to keep us cool. "Great location to walk into the town and enjoy numerous bars and restaurants. Easy walk to the beach (take your own accessories) and the great boat trips. Supermarket just over the road for great convenience. Hiring a car is essential. The apartment is fine for two to four people. Be aware that it is facing a busy car park and access road so it can be quite noisy at times."

"It was truly a charming apartment. We were impressed by the cleanliness as well as quiet location. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped and had exactly the ambiance seen in the photos. The check-in process was smooth with Vito there to guide us through the property, and they were kind enough to leave us some Italian biscuits as a gift!
