"Accommodation was very clean. Kitchen well equip (we used the stovetop to warm up leftover pizza). Staff was amazing, responsive with any questions we had. Also arranged our airport pick up and even though our flight was late was able to reorganize it to our later arrival time. You use a QR code to unlock the front door and a numerical code to open your accommodation door. Both were very easy to use and sent to us before arrival. Would stay again. "

"Reserved a room with "1 king bed and 1 sofa bed", arrived to find 2 single beds and 1 sofa with a pull out bed. Pull out bed was stained, as was the sofa. Kitchen was equipped for what was needed. We had previously stayed at the property in another apartment however this one did not match the expectations. "
