"Absolutely beautiful place with great food and gorgeous beaches and pools. Staff was great but the online check-in was absolutely horrible and took over 30 minutes to do for only my wife and I. We had to consistently rely on the staff to help us navigate their online check-in app. Would be much easier and faster if the staff could just do this rather than forcing people to try and use their application. "
