"This was my wife and I first stay in Bruges and our stay at this hotel made the visit more the memorable All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained as was the whole hotel.The underground car park was very convenient albeit a bit tight getting my car in and out of the lift! Breakfast was excellent with a large choice of menu. The bar and reception was a real treat with a relaxed feel in beautifully decorated and furnished rooms. It seemed popular with both guests and visitors. If you're looking for a relaxed, luxurious hotel in a prime location in the heart of Bruges that offers great value for money, then I'd fully recommend a stay here "

"The hotel's greatest plus is it's location, right next to the cathedral. We were a group of 8, in 4 twin rooms and it served our needs perfectly. We opted for breakfast in the second morning which was value for money, with some hot options as well as cold."

"Great hotel, central but in a quiet area. Breakfast is costly for leisure visitors €33/€35 per day. Lots of nearby cafes & restaurants. Very clean great rooms, very pleasant environment. Faultless. Reception is very helpful & friendly, relaxed environment. Lovely Spa, sauna & small pool, a real oasis in the city. Easy links to train station by trams T1, T3 & T4 with stops nearby (often not shown on google planner. Just be careful you go in the correct direction! Costs €2.50 just touch in with bank card on WHITE terminal (no touch out), can change trams/bus within 1hr for no extra cost."

"Incredible location! Perfect for our first trip to Ghent. Plenty of space for two of us (adults). The bathroom glass makes privacy an issue if you are not a couple, and as noted on many other reviews, the shower gets water all over the glory. Those small bathroom issues would not sway us from staying here again though. We loved the property and the vibe of the place. They have done an incredible job with preserving it. I highly recommend this as a place to call home during a Ghent visit."
