"I liked that the rooms are clean, newly renovated, and that the staff is very polite and helpful. Especially Natalie: Thank you for your help re check-in. The check-in itself can have some improvement as the automated service with the help of an automate outside the main entrance does not work if you book via Expedia. "We had a great room for a great price, and the drive in to Octoberfest wasn't terrible. The hotel restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast was just right. The room was spacious and clean. We could hear the live music from the restaurant and that went pretty late, so our specific room might not be for everyone, but we slept through it just fine. Would absolutely stay here again."
