"Stayed here with my family. Very accommodating. Clean, modern facilities. Friendly staff. However, they didn’t have any cribs or high chairs to accommodate infants. They only had rollaway beds for kids. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay. Beautiful hotel."

"I really enjoyed my short stay, I felt super comfortable the moment I got into my room. It was super clean and tidy which is always the most important thing for me. The view of the Eiger was amazing. The staff was super nice and helpful, I even had to go to the hospital because I got ill and the lady at the desk was super nice and helpful with finding me a doctor. The staff was super accommodating with everything I needed or any question I had, I actually was a bit sad to leave. I did not get to use the spa or pools as I forgot to bring my bikini and didn't have enough time but it looked absolutely wonderful. I like the concept of having to book a slot so that it doesn't get too busy, which really adds to feeling super zen. I was a solo traveller and the other guests were mostly couples. I will definitely be back another time, solo or not!"
