Akuzun-Ürgüp
Öncelikle ilk izlenim olarak oteli çok beğendik ve bu kadar güzel olmasına çok şaşırdık. Odamızda çok güzeldi ancak bazı eksiklikleri vardı. Benim gibi kız arkadaşınızla giderseniz bilin ki kapının altında 3 parmak kadar boşluk var ve koridordan bütün sesler duyuluyor. Jakuzi çalışmıyordu. Şömineyi 2 defa kullandık. Baca tam çekmediğinden bütün gece pencereyi yarı açık bıraktık ve hava gerçekten soğuktu. Otel çalışanlarından memnunuz sorunlarımızı belirttiğinmiz de çözüyorlardı ama sorunlardan çok tatilimizi güzel geçirmeye çalıştık ve öylede oldu. Ürgüp'ü sevdik ama bence 2 veya 3 gün fazlasıyla yeterli. Sonrasında biraz sıkıyor.

Fiyata göre çok düşük performans. Bir gün önce Niğde'de bunun 1/3 fiyatına daha iyi bir otelde kaldık. Lokasyon olarak daha pahalı olması normal ama hizmet kalitesi çok düşük. Dieses Hotel ist perfekt geführt, sehr nettes Personal und Management! Grosses Frühstücks Buffet. Saubere helle Zimmer teils mit Whirlpool. Hat noch Raum für Verbesserungen die schon im Gange sind. Danke für die Hilfe und die Zeit bei euch! .. Bu otel mükemmel bir şekilde yönetiliyor, çok güzel personel ve yönetim! Büyük kahvaltı büfesi. Bazılarında jakuzi bulunan aydınlık odaları temizleyin. Halihazırda devam etmekte olan iyileştirme için hala yer var. Yardım ve zaman ayırdığınız için teşekkürler! ... This hotel is perfectly managed, very nice staff and management!
