"We stayed 6 nights with a family of 4 and found it was a very enjoyable residence due it’s relatively small scale, comfortable apartments with complete furnishings, super welcoming staff and a well-sized swimming pool. "The property fell short of its 4 star rating and our expectations. The lighting in the kitchen/main room did not work. The hot water in the shower was exhausted rather quickly. "The property profile was misleading. There was no bedroom only a hallway with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The sofa was dirty and had stains on it. The unit had an extreme odor. The cancellation policy was lousy. The check-in was only available at certain times. "

"Bed linen and towels were very old and need replacing. Had to make the beds ourselves and were instructed to un make and fold all linen and towels when leaving. Pillows were old saggy cushions. Only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied for 4 days stay in an apartment that takes 5 people. Told to buy our own toilet paper. Not very convenient as approx 1k out of town. All in all not comfortable and poor value for money. "
