"We arrived and easily found parking on the street and nearby area with a little patience for Christmas market traffic. The staff were wonderful and we were greeted with warm smiles and eagerness to please. They shared a map of the area and were happy to help with suggestions. The breakfast options were awesome and they offered mulled wine in the afternoons during the time we were there. Wait staff in the breakfast area was great! We were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade on our arrival. The room was fabulous- clean, modern yet sophisticated and appropriate to the local surroundings. We were extremely happy with the accommodations, the bed and room were very comfortable. On top of excellent staff and excellent accommodations, the location could not be beat. I am thrilled that we picked this for a vacation destination. Many thanks!"

"Friendly staff, lovely breakfast and smashing little hotel "

"I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else. As with most hotels I found a lack of hooks for hanging things up annoying, particularly in the bathroom. For example there was no place to hang a hand towel next to the sink. Other than those small issues the room and my stay were great. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are a lot of amenities at the hotel. The breakfast was ok - nothing special but worth getting because there are no real options nearby. The hotel is 12 or 15 miles outside of Strasbourg but you can take a local train that will get you there in 20 minutes for 10 euros round trip. The train station is a ten minute walk from the hotel. All in all this hotel is good option if you need to stay in the Strasbourg area. "

"Location is fantastic, across the street from the train station and an easy 15-20 minutes walk to the Christmas markets. Although they do offer transportation by bus to them. Beautiful and clean hotel. Staff awesome too."

"Very nice hotel for our family of four, in a nice quiet area. We visited during Christmas market season and really enjoyed out stay, highly recommend! There's also a great bakery across the street L'Atelier which we also loved and had some great pastries."

"Great location to visit Christmas markets. Lots of nearby street parking. Fabulous breakfast with a huge variety of items: fresh yogurts, hard boiled eggs, juices, granola, sliced meats, cheeses, jams, breads, chocolate croissants, etc. Wish we could stay another night. "

"This is an amazing place to stay if you're coming to Colmar for the Christmas market. The hotel is right on the main street where the market is held, but it's very quiet when the windows are closed. The rooms are historic but have been modernized, and are a special treat for folks from the USA who don't have regular access to this kind of special experience. Highly recommended!"
