All this plus avoiding the crowds by having the Falls open to you after closing made for a wonderful stay. It was our first visit to a Belmond Hotel and we will look for these in the future!"

"Perfect location by the bird park, falls park, and helipad. Beautiful pool, pretty newly decorated room, pretty common areas. Helpful staff. The restaurant was the only disappointment- the promotional poster outside shows a chef making a gourmet pasta in a cheese wheel so we thought it would be a nice restaurant, but instead it was a big, cold room with garish lights and a buffet. Food was ok. Not anywhere else to eat around there. Hotel itself is a perfect place to stay for the falls. Just walk...

"We had some issues with communication when making our reservations but they were resolved when we arrived, and were able to talk in person. We rented two rooms. One had a problem with the AC unit but we found out one of our children had left the window cracked open, and that kept the air conditioner off. We made use of the pool, the breakfast included with our reservations, and one evening meal. Overall, a pleasant experience. "
