"Richmond Central apartment was in a fabulous location. Easy walk to shops, CBD, sports venues etc. Great transport options very close too. The level of cleanliness in the apartment really let it down, for example the bath had a black ring around it from the previous tenant. All surfaces looked like they needed a wipe, the bathroom floor was full of fluff, and the bed, while it was a great size the mattress was super hard, which made sleeping a challenge as it was not comfortable."
