"After driving from Wisconsin to Toms River New Jersey with the wife, teen kids and two dogs we got to the rental only to find other people living there. What a fiasco this was. The host did end up finding a replacement in Asbury Park that was nicer but the reason we booked in Toms River is because that's where my family was. We were never contacted by the host or VRBO that our rental was cancelled. The host was very apologetic and said she cancelled through VRBO but after much thought I have to...
