"Very nice location within walking distance to Bretton Wood Ski Area. Check in process was very easy. Upon entering, the main living area was bright, nicely furnished with views of Mount Washington with the kitchen area off to the right. The downstairs living area was also nicely furnished and bright with Mountain View’s.The only negative comments were as follows. No instructions on how to operate the gas fireplace. Could have used more bath towels. Didn’t get a response when asked what type...

"We had an issue with access instructions but once we heard back from the owner that was resolved. The property was a good size for our group, clean and well-equipped. The location was close enough to Sunday River for skiing and we watched the NYE fireworks there as well! The location was also good for access to restaurants in Bethel - and the bowling alley! "

"Location/neighborhood: The snow fall along the mountains was beckoning and the ease of ski in/ski out was a Godsend. (Not for a first timer though!)Communication with Management: Bretton Woods Vacation Homes was rapidly responsive via text but disjointed on their timeliness of requests. This happened on 2 occasions, and while inconvenient it didn't ruin the visit. Our wood arrived 1 hr and 5 mins. late and our trash removal happened 2.5 hours after our arranged time, delaying a friend's time on...

"This property was clean, had awesome cabin decor, spacious, and right on the slopes. We cooked at night and got in our own private hot tub. My kids had so much space to themselves and still had a great family room to all hang out in. And the big mudroom made it so easy to leave all of our ski stuff right there. Thank you!"

"Easily located off Roadrunner trail, this Brookside condo was perfect to relax in, cook dinner, shower and sleep in after a day of skiing. Nothing fancy, this standard 2 bedroom condo worked for our family of 4 (2 sets of bunk beds available in the kids room). Check-in and out was handled directly and easily with the management company."

"We booked the house to celebrate my father’s birthday. It nicely accommodated 3 families with a bunk room for the kids downstairs. The alligator across the hall was a bit scary for young children, so beware opening doors. The hot tub was a nice touch, although we struggled to keep it at temperature. Location was perfect for mountain access and remote Mountain View’s. We enjoyed snow shoeing, skiing and sledding locally. "

"The house was well stocked and had all we needed. The location was great for going to several mountains. I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars bc the basement level needs some TLC. The beds were advertised as queens and were actually full size which made it a challenge for our group, luckily there was space to put a blow up mattress in the lower living space. The spiral stairs to the basement level were treacherous and narrow. Overall a good experience. "
