"Our stay at the cabin was absolutely wonderful. The kids enjoyed fishing at the river and eating breakfast/lunch at the gazebo. The cabin was very clean and having a fully functional kitchen was a great commodity. We will definitely be coming back for another trip."

"Clean cabin. Really close to a lot of areas of activity (Smoke Hole, Seneca Rocks, tons of hiking, swimming, etc.). Great place to come home to at night."

"Great family getaway. Cute and fun, i would just say it was lacking on providing full amenties and cleaniness. For example there was a brochure of listed items provided in cabin and their charges, we didnt have a couple of listed items such as the smores kit. Our unit was equipped with full items to cook with such as oil packets but the unit next to ours (used by same group) had oil and others things we did not. Just inconsistent with products available. With this in consideration i would rate overall 6.5/10. Be sure to pack you own stuff for basically a camping trip, to include food items, az surrounding area is very rural and limited on places for supplies and food. "

"This was our second time at this property. This time we took our two boys. They loved it just as much as we did. The location is perfect for hiking during the day. And the house is perfect for enjoying each others' company in the evenings. The host has always been super helpful. My youngest son didnt want to leave and is making plans to return in the future."

"The property is amazing. It is the perfect cabin for a small family. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful hiking trails. The inside was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed for the week. They even include a sofa cover if you are bringing your doggy. Perfect location for activities in Canaan, Davis, Thomas, Spruce Knob….Chip and Laurie respond to messages quickly. Our child became very ill the night before check out and Laurie was understanding and compassionate that we could not complete the check out list. We definitely plan to return.
