"It was a good experience and cam clos to the real thing abroad. We are a bit spoilt having stayed in some superb lodges in South Africa and Botswana but the "safari" experience staying in the Aspinall Foundation Port Lympne parki was reasonably close to what you would find in Africa. "A beautiful property in an excellent location. The decor is quirky and sophisticated, the open plan living area was both modern and to me, evocative of 1930s American Rhode Island!
