"This journey was the scariest journey of our life. This property is so dangerous that we could not even think about it. Owner did not even give us the wifi password. My child's leg was amputated. We could not contact the doctor and the service was so bad. They charged us 800 dollars for one night and their behavior is so terrible. We never knew in our life that any service could be like this before. I will tell everyone never to go to this property."

"We had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage. The whole booking and check in experience was seamless, amenities great and house comfortable. We stayed on a cold weekend (well cold for us) so the fire was amazing and kept us nice and warm. We loved seeing the donkeys and other animals. "Staying at Madison’s Mountain Retreat was the perfect getaway and experience for my family. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the grounds. Anne’s warm welcome and knowledge about the animals was excellent and we all enjoyed feeding the Alpacas, Llamas & Goats. The indoor pool was great for a quick swim & we felt nice and cosy in the rustic cabin accommodation which had a lovely view of the alpacas and farm. We will definitely be back. "
