Located in the pristine Valley of Upper Black Eddy PA, (a 20 min drive from Lambertville) The Gray Barn at 80 Red Cliff sits on an 80-acre apple and pear orchard overlooking the Delaware River and surrounding valleys. The 100-year-old converted structure features an expansive front covered patio overlooking the orchards, complete with Adirondacks chairs and dining table for six. The interior of the home was designed in a French Country theme of antiques, plush furniture and period artifacts. The Gray Barn accommodates 5 guests comfortably, with an expansive great room, master bedroom and bath, guest bedroom and bath and a charming alcove with a convertible day bed and trundle. Hardwood floors throughout and 20-foot cathedral ceilings makes for a breathtaking experience. Upper Black Eddy and the adjoining areas are known for their nature paths, parks, flyfishing, bird watching, antiquing, dining, and boating. Don’t just escape, experience!

The property is shared. Your private area is your house and the yard immediately surrounding your house (about 1acre)
The rest of the property is accessible but not private or used solely by you.
We have a few barn areas that we use and rent out separately and two additional houses each with their own ‘private’ area. But the 80 acres are shared.
Other things to note
*week minimum during holiday periods* There are three houses on the property, two are rentals and one is for our personal use. If you would like more info please contact me. If you would like to book all three houses let me know and I can tell you when they are all available.
Each house has it's own private outdoor area so the only time you'll interact with other guests is on trails or wandering the 80 acres.
