"Amazing property, the staff was so charming and nice all the way. The views in every corner are just so beautiful for amazing pictures and a sitdown with a glass of the Vernaccia Wine from there own Vineyard. I highly recommend the hotel and definitely will be back."

"Beautiful property. We did horseback riding which was a highlight and the cooking class was fantastic. The pool was relaxing and beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable- literally felt like home!! We would go there again for sure. Incredibly relaxing experience."

"We loved our stay at Palagina. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. Our room and the views are absolutely stunning. We loved hanging by the pool and taking walks on some paths to see natures around us. Wine and olive oil was also super tasty! We did a tasting and it was fantastic. Only thing that was that there is only a few restaurants on the property and they closed some for events so you are stuck with eating there if you don’t have a car. And taxis are practically non existent in this area,...

"A beautiful old castle that has been completely refurbished/modernized on the inside, sitting on a beautiful property with nearby forests, vineyards, and olive groves. After the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence, the serenity here was perfection. We stayed in the 'deluxe double room' which was absolutely fantastic. We arranged a vespa rental and rode through the countryside to the nearby Castellina in Chianti and cute hilltop town and took a wonderful cooking class at Taverna...

"What an amazing place! Volpaia is a unique venue, in a beautiful setting and it was a joy to stay there. Our room was lovely- comfortable, clean and with a stunning view- even from the loo! "This is an extremely lovely property. The grounds are beautiful. There is parking and a pool. Lots of little areas to sit and relax. The attention to detail is appreciated. Love the decor. The staff is helpful and the breakfast was very good! I highly tecommend! . "

"Ya habia estado volvi porque me encanto pero ahora no es igual el desayuno muy pobre , y la habitacion era chica e incomodo para or al baño con escalones de por medio y no estaba todo disponible para ver como por ejemplo la capilla y la sala de recepciones … y ademas el testing era free y ahora no , lamento de ir todo esto pero es verdad . "This property was lovely with fantastic views, wonderful staff and dining. Rooms were clean, spacious and quaint. Only difficulty during rainy season was unpaved road quite rough to navigate. Otherwise - will absolutely return to this beautiful property."

"Quaint 7-bedroom villa/hotel in the middle of Tuscany with close approximation to Raddi, a great little town with shops and good restaurants and gelato! The property allows for a very quiet stay, great Chianti made there and wonderful breakfasts and dinner. Relaxing, easy travel to other cities snd lots of wine tasting close by. Perfecto! Ciao…"

"The service at this hotel was impeccable. We were running late for our wine tasting but they were still SO accommodating! The rooms were beautiful and the view from the hotel are amazing. The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany....
