"Views were stunning! Would absolutely stay here again. We were traveling from US so we were a little unsure where to get our key as there was no apparent front desk but thankfully our phones worked and we were able to get in touch with someone to meet us. I recommend calling ahead to discuss a check in plan. Such a gorgeous spot!"

The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location is also a big plus—convenient and in a great area to explore. "Wow and wow and again wow!! The best hotel I have ever been to. We were with our 2 children and everyone had a great time. A hotel that is simply a paradise for children. We will definitely go back there again! Delicious food especially in the morning and evening, kind and excellent service, a great indoor pool, a playground for all ages, there is always something to do and many attractions near the hotel or within a short drive. We had an extraordinary experience! Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of that? I asked to get at least a fan but i'm only a paying customer, why should i get a response? The hotel images, suggest that it is somewhat secluded. This is not the case as i was woken up by trains passing nearby (100-200m) at 7am. We had to sleep with open windows... Not my ideal vacation. The only bright side in this hotel was the F&B staff who were super friendly and helpful."

"Very good staff took care of a complaint I had about room being too hot solved issue. Great amenities especially in kitchen, spacious layout, great balcony. I would stay there again. Lots of parking, near town. "
