"This place is first rate, would absolutely stay again. It appears to be brand new, and everything was in impeccable, perfect condition. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating - he dealt with our late check-in, invited us to a local event (New Year's Eve fireworks!), and allowed us a late checkout to help us deal with a complicated family situation. "1. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Employees at the restaurant cannot really communicate or answer questions unfortunately (other than the lovely woman in breakfast) 2. Very nice, large, clean, comfortable rooms 3. Food was mostly good, large choice of salads and vegetables 4. The pool is nice BUT slippery and dangerous. It will end badly if not taken care of 5. "(1) Although the reception was hardly ever maned, I only needed to press the call button and speak to the owner who was willing and able to help me with internet access and let me into the boot room when I forgot my room key. (2) The shower was piping hot with lots of hot water, nice after a hard day’s skiing however be careful, particularly with small children that you don’t get scalded. "
