Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place. "This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. If I had to say anything less than great it would be the hours of the spa do not match the website and close early. "

That said, we were more than disappointed with the service (evenings) which made us leave with “mixed” feelings. I would love to recommend this place but we did not feel “welcome”. Additionally, portions are rather small (we ordered two dishes each) and the quality of the food is only mediocre."

"Great location for ski accessibility. Walkable to some restaurants, but not really to the town of Zell am See. Quick taxi ride. Overall we loved Elements. The pool and sauna were very nice. Laundry onsite was convenient. Ski lockers were super nice with boot warmers and tons of space for 4 people equipment. We had a family room and it exceeded expectations. "
