We had a numerous family members checking in and front counter customer service was very friendly and helpful. Second day, front counter was very helpful in securing two taxis for our historical family tour. Thank you "

"The hotel is beautiful! The staff are very welcoming and nice! Breakfast was included and it was very good. The Christmas market was 8-10 min walk and so was old town. The DM store was around the corner and so was the marketplace. Would stay here again, i did hear loud music nd people talking at 1 am but it wasnt too bad. "
