"My siblings, spouse and I stayed for a long weekend. We really enjoyed use of the fire pit and switchback path to the creek. The home was very clean and well stocked with extra cozy blankets. I'd love to go back during warmer weather to take advantage of the kayaks. "

"Our stay at the farm was great. Check in was a little tricky but the host got it sorted out very fast. Everything else was perfect. We loved the view. The property. The updated kitchen and the master suite. We even had a family of bald eagles stopping by!! Just amazing. "

"Property and location is excellent. located just a few blocks of Hughesville Highschool where 14 firefighters from Winburne Fire Company in Clearfield County participated in a variety of different training courses offered. much better than driving an hour and a half each day. after class member participated in games and just general conversations. all were very pleased with the property. If Available will be staying there for future training weekends. "

"This house is roomy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the area. There were six of us. Location is good for visiting World's End State Park and local hiking. We chose not to purchase a temporary membership in Eagles Mere Association. (For our weekend stay, the Association quoted us a $70 fee in order to use facilities. Since we were attending a family reunion in the area we didn't feel we would have time to use the facilities enough to make it worthwhile.) The house had games,...

"We had an amazing stay at Thorne Hill! George was so accommodating and accessible. The property is amazing and the home has such charm and character. "My daughter and I have been coming to the Williamsport area to go trout fishing and sight seeing. The property exceeded our expectations. It was very homey and comfortable. We loved having morning coffee on the deck, watching the wildlife go by. One morning 7 deer walked along the stream, just taking their time. What a sight. We can’t wait to come back next year."
