There was no safe. We loved the screen room with hammock. Would have liked coffee in the room. Be sure to see the C.P. Mayan site right next door. The hotel offers tours which are not to be missed. "The staff, the food, the service all excellent. Only comment is that having a massage during the rain on the yoga platform was not up to your standards. We had to ask several times for our massage to be in our rooms instead of freezing out in the open. Other than that our stay was very good and I would highly recommend Mystic River to anyone going to Belize."
