"We just had a date night at the casino. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. Everything went as planed . Good stay for the price "

"I love staying at this lodge. Its my go to accommodations when traveling to lake michigan in the winter. I love being off the beaten path, the esthetic of the lodge and the supper club/lodge. However, this stay i stood at the front desk for over 15 minutes while the front desk worker was on the phone helping somone else book a room. Only once did she acknowledge me to say "she'd be back" and left the foyer all together for a while. When she did complete the call sometime later she asked how she could help me and i inquired if we could check in early...i think we were a half hour early and she replied that it wasnt check in time yet. After standing there that long for service i almost left and would have never come back. She then added let me see if your room is ready. Start to finish she seemed annoyed by her job. I did not feel welcomed at all. And i had been do excited for my bf to experience this lodge. "

"We stayed at the hotel on Valentine’s Day. We had tickets to a Kenny G concert at Four Winds Casino that evening. The hotel was only about 5 minutes from the casino. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and recommended a great restaurant for lunch (The Stray Dog). The room and beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and everything worked. The decor was modern. It was recently upgraded according to signage in the lobby. A complimentary continental breakfast was also included. The rate was great… much less than the casino and I would definitely stay here again. "

"Beautiful winter views and relaxing environment! This home was great! It was well stocked, clean and very comfortable! The hot tub was very clean and had great views of the frozen lake! The owner Nora was very easy to work with and very accommodating! We even had the opportunity to try our hand at ice fishing, which was a nice surprise! Highly recommend! Close to good restaurants, breweries, and wineries!! "
