"We had a wonderful time being hosted by Shannon at the Heather Cottage. Tucked away in a quiet location right on a wetland, it’s a great escape from the day to day. The cottage is cute and cozy, with everything you need for your getaway. We loved the fresh farm eggs, and the ambience. Wildlife awaits each time you look out towards the wetlands, with a variety of birds as well as an orchestra of frogs come dusk. "Fantastic location with a private beach. We were lucky enough to see Bald Eagle, Orcas, Otters and seals all from a sun lounger! Sea clean and is safe to swim or use the kayaks. Owner is friendly and helpful. Great place to stay!"
