It means you can properly cook at home rather than just doing snacks. You might need to, as the village is very limited - we found only 2 restaurants and both of them needed to be booked in advance, even in low-ish season (September). "A sink was clogged after a few days. The first attempt at repair failed because the repairer did not install a sealing ring, so that the water flowed out of the pipe and landed on the floor. If you prefer the sea to the pool this is a good choice. The accomodation is basic but absolutely fine. The owner and his wife are both charming and extremely helpful."

"Wir waren in der letztes Augustwoche da. Von außen ist das Haus eher nicht schön, ABER innen einfach nur großartig. Neben der Größe des Hauses haben uns besonders die liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmer gefallen. Auch der Garten und der Pool sind wunderbar. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Ferienhäuser stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für das nächste Jahr haben wir es gleich nochmal gebucht."

"Apartment terrible. Shower wasn't cleaned properly for ages. Bathroom door had water damage. Tv rather than stay in the bedroom it was in the tiny kitchen. We can barely move in there No wifi service on the room just public areas. Our on internet didn't work there. Our kid couldn't lay down to watch tv in bed because the tv is in the kitchen wall. Principal door handle doesn't work properly. Spider web around the apartment. Damaged walls ... We took pictures to share. Air-conditioner not...
