"I love every second that we stayed here. Everything checks our ideal vacation. Quiet, secluded w/ a beautiful view. Our older dog is non aggressive reactive so every year I try to find us a secluded place where he could enjoy too. This is definitely the top of the most beautiful place we’ve ever stay. Made my birthday/ family trip extra special. Ms Karen was a great host! Will definitely stay here again.. "

"We have been vacationing in Burnsville for the past four years & decided this year to choose a house in town rather than one on a river. The Grandview Lodge was amazing with close proximity to downtown Burnsville & gorgeous mountain views from the decks. We took advantage of the half mile walk to Main Street and enjoyed shopping as well as lunch/dinner at Snap Dragon, Roland’s, Carriage Sundries, Pacifico & Homeplace. We also appreciated the ease of getting to Mount Mitchell State Park, Linville...

"The property was exactly as described on the website! The house was clean and tidy upon arrival, and was very comfortable. Justine was a fantastic host and was responsive to my messages before and during the stay. My group and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in Beech Mountain!"

"When we arrived, every thing appeared good; However, as the weekend went on, things started to happen and be noticed. - in 2 of the bedrooms, there was dry dog food on the floor behind the curtains…. So that tells us the floors were not swept appropriately. We did not have a pet with us. - the hall restroom toilet would not flush fully, so it couldn’t be used. On Saturday, we noticed a “snake tool” that could be used to try and unstop the toilet. That was used and out came a crushed beer...
