"The room was lovely, clean but small. Without hot water when I queried this I was told it was ok, but it was not even like warm. An unhelpful response."

This beautiful historic hotel is only eclipsed by the overwhelming beautiful medieval town that it's situated in. I felt transported back in time. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I felt as though i was staying at a relative's home. The rooms are updated and comfortable. The breakfast must be on the agenda. You will not be disappointed. "
